While Ramola Bachchan was seen exchanging sweet courtesies with
Priyanka Gandhi and husband Robert Vadra, Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor
shook a leg to tunes from Rang De Basanti with street kids. In the
backdrop were works of more than 40 top Indian artists like Jogen
Chowdhury, Satish Gujral, Jatin Das, Gopi Gajwani, Raghu Rai, Sanjay
Bhattacharya and Bulbul Sharma.
The idea? To garner aid for an NGO, Plan India, working for
underprivileged children.
Titled Planutsav, the art preview held at Hyatt Regency on Thursday
evening acted as a precursor to the grand auction that will be held in
Mumbai on April 6.
